Returns Procedure Customer Service Department 01952 604960

As a valued customer of Furniture Link UK we want to improve our service and make your experience better and more efficient, so have detailed below our improved Returns Procedure for your reference.

Upon receipt of a delivery please check the products carefully and keep relevant paperwork. If there is a problem please return product in its original packaging after informing our Customer Service Department. Returning an Item within 14 days Items must be received back in original packaging in a saleable condition.

Please inform our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt and quote Invoice, Delivery or Order number to receive a full credit – Please note only a 75% credit will be issued if item is not in original packaging.

Returning an Item with a fault If a fault is discovered please contact the Customer Service Department as soon as you are aware. We require the following information:

- Sales Invoice Number

- Copy of your customer sales invoice.

Within 30 days in normal circumstances we will replace the item Between 30 days and 12 months we will arrange for a repair or replacement depending on product and nature of fault. Repair Policy Our team of technicians will contact you usually with 48 hours to arrange their visit.

They will repair the fault on site where possible. If the fault is not repairable our Customer Service Department will make a decision on the next course of action. If no fault is found then a charge will be made to your account. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
